Appointments & Timing

• We offer a 5-minute grace period. Late arrivals may require modifications to your service or a reschedule to respect all guest appointments.

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to unwind and enjoy a complimentary beverage before your service.

• Please let us know about any allergies, sensitivities, or health concerns prior to your service.

• Please share your preferences at the start of your service so we can tailor your experience exactly to you.

• If anything feels uncomfortable at any point, please tell us to make your experience perfect we’re here.

• Pricing may vary based on length, shape, design, or complexity. Feel free to confirm with your technician before we begin.

• Our salon is a smoke-free environment, including e-cigarettes and vaporizers.

• Please keep mobile devices on silent or vibrate to maintain a calm, relaxing atmosphere.

• Our space is designed as a quiet retreat, please keep conversations soft to respect everyone’s relaxation.

• To keep the space safe and serene, children under 4 may not accompany you during your visit.

• Please keep personal items within reach during your service. While we’re happy to assist when possible, we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged belongings, including gift cards.

• If you have any concerns about your service, please contact us within 3 days so we can best support you.

• Corrections related to personal preference or changes of mind may not be complimentary.

• We reserve the right to refuse service for reasons including, but not limited to safety concerns, medical conditions, or inappropriate behavior.

• All services are non-refundable.
