Appointments & Timing

– Arrive 10-15 minutes early to enjoy your full service.

– A 5-minute grace period is offered, though late arrivals may require adjustments or rescheduling.

Communication & Comfort

– Please let us know about any allergies or health concerns before your service.

– If something doesn’t feel right, share with us – we’re here to make it perfect.

– Pricing may vary depending on length, design, or complexity-feel free to confirm with your technician beforehand.

Atmosphere

– Please keep conversations soft to support a peaceful atmosphere

– Silence your phone and take any calls outside-speakerphone use is not permitted.

Extra Guests

– To keep the space safe and serene, children under 4 and additional guests cannot accompany you.

– Children 4+ are welcome if supervised by an adult not receiving a service.

Personal Belongings

– Please keep personal items close. While we’ll always assist where possible, we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged belongings (including gift cards).

Service Concerns

– Share any concerns within 3 days so we can best support you.

– While we’ll always try to accommodate, changes due to personal preference may not be complimentary.

– All services and purchases are non-refundable.
